Xerox Builders Ltd. is a licensed residential builder and construction management company serving Metro Vancouver, Burnaby, and the Fraser Valley. We specialize in custom homes, duplexes, multiplexes, laneway homes, and construction management services.
We work closely with homeowners, investors, architects, and consultants to deliver high-quality projects from concept to completion. Our approach combines practical construction experience, transparent communication, and attention to detail, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards.
Our story
Hi, I’m Mandeep — the builder behind Xerox Builders. My first project was building my own home at 4078 Moscrop Street in Burnaby. Everyone told me to hire a builder instead — it would be cheaper and faster. They were right: it took longer and cost more than if I’d hired someone else. But it was my passion, and I saw it through myself.
That project taught me more than any job site had before, and it’s really where Xerox Builders started. I still approach every project the same way today — staying humble, continuing to learn, and standing behind the work I do, the same way I stood behind that first house.
A family business
I’ve personally been in this business for 15 years. It started out in partnerships, and today Xerox Builders is run by myself, my son Akshay Singla, and his friend Manav Gupta. It’s a close, family-run operation — the people looking after your project are the same people who have a personal stake in getting it right, not a rotating cast of hires.
Seeing something go from an empty lot — or an idea a client has carried around for years — to a finished home they actually get to live in. That feeling is what got me into building in the first place, and it’s still what I love most about every project since.
Because I’ve been on the other side of it — I built my own home first, so I know what’s at stake when you trust someone with the biggest investment of your life. I don’t cut corners, I keep clients informed instead of leaving them guessing, and I’ll always tell you honestly what I think, even if it’s not what you want to hear. But it’s your home, and I respect your call.
